Reservations & Hours

Welcome to Flora! To make your dining experience in Aix-en-Provence as enjoyable as possible, we have gathered here the answers to the most common questions.

Consigliamo vivamente di prenotare, specialmente per la cena e nei fine settimana, dato che il nostro ristorante è molto richiesto. Per il pranzo, accettiamo anche walk-in (clienti senza prenotazione) in base alla disponibilità dei tavoli. Puoi prenotare online, via telefono o tramite la reception dell’hotel.

Pranzo: 12:00 – 14:30 (ultimo ordine alle 14:15)
Cena: 19:30 – 22:30 (ultimo ordine alle 22:00)
Nota: La cucina rimane chiusa tra le 15:00 e le 19:00.

Sì, puoi modificare o cancellare la tua prenotazione fino a 24 ore prima dell’orario previsto senza alcun costo. Per cancellazioni last-minute o no-show, potremmo applicare una penale pari al valore di un pasto, come indicato nella conferma della prenotazione.

La sicurezza dei nostri ospiti è la nostra priorità.

Certamente! I bambini sono i benvenuti al Flora. Offriamo un menu junior con porzioni ridotte e prezzi agevolati, oltre a seggioloni disponibili su richiesta.

La nostra carta dei vini è ricca e selezionata, ma comprendiamo che tu possa avere una bottiglia speciale da condividere. Accettiamo il “corkage fee” (supplemento per vino esterno) di 15€ a bottiglia, che include l’uso dei calici appropriati e il servizio di sommelier.

Sì, il menu del Flora è disponibile anche in camera tramite il nostro servizio Room Service, attivo dalle 07:30 alle 22:30. I tempi di consegna possono variare in base alla domanda.

Access & Parking

Se vieni in auto, puoi utilizzare il parcheggio privato dell’hotel (a pagamento, €25/notte) o il parcheggio pubblico Rotonde a 3 minuti a piedi. Consigliamo di arrivare con un po’ di anticipo per trovare posto facilmente.
